Christopher Cruz was one of dozens of motorcycles that surrounded Alexian Lien on the Henry Hudson Parkway when the biker was rear ended. the driver stopped, but when the bikers allegedly started to damage the SUV, Lien ù who was driving his wife, Rosalyn Ng, and their 2-year-old daughter ù fled to Washington Heights, where the bikers pulled him from his vehicle and pummeled him.
