a bold attempt to combine musical theater with a police drama, Cop Rock is generally regarded as the most infamous TV flop of the 90s. if you're looking for cheese, look no further. you can tell in some of these clips that the people were singing live while filming, which is pretty daring crap... and i do mean crap.
